Content offered within our digital experiences (including images, videos, sounds and music, tea descriptions and instructions, and designs) is owned by Sencha. Reproducing or redistributing any of this material without the permission of Sencha is against the law and will be subject to criminal prosecution and\/or fines and litigation. Physical goods sold by Sencha are not available for resale without clear, written permission from Sencha. Types of permission include recommended resale price displayed on goods, or explicit written permission contained in email or signed contract.
Payments for digital services and\/or content made via iOS mobile app will be charged to iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same cost of the original subscription period unless otherwise noted. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be inactivated by going to the user's account settings. Any unused portions of free-trials may be invalidated in event of purchase.
Payments made for physical services and\/or goods made via iOS mobile app or web experience will be processed via a card issue and payment provider. Sencha uses secure practices to process credit card information. Sencha does not store credit card information beyond the user's device and the payment provider.
Subscriptions for physical goods automatically renew at the full price of the given subscription plan per the plan’s subscription term. Payment is collected before processing/delivering the goods. Subscriptions may be managed in account settings.
When starting a physical goods subscription, you agree to be billed in a recurring fashion until your subscription is canceled or paused. If paused, the subscription will remain paused until the requested resume date or if a resume date is not specified, the subscription may remain paused indefinitely. Your subscription may be cancelled at any time via our app or website depending on where you signed up, or via email with our customer support team. Please cancel at least 72 hours before the date you are scheduled to be charged next to ensure cancellation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Coupons, discounts, and promotional credit (henceforth referred to as ‘coupons’) is subject to immediate termination, without notice or reason. Coupons cannot be gifted, traded, sold, or otherwise exchanged for goods or services except goods or services provided by Sencha LLC and select partners. Sencha reserves the right to invalidate coupons without reason or notice. Coupons may have rules for use, and any instance of cheating these rules will be treated as fraud and may be subject to prosecution. Some goods or services may be excluded from coupon use. Due to technical limitations, sometimes tea credit for referrals will not be granted. All coupons are subject to expiration without notice. Coupons and credits may have minimum purchase values for reward or redemption.
Use of the Sencha services takes place at the sole discretion of the individual user or supervising guardian. Sencha assumes zero responsibility in any health-related problems arising from proper or improper use of the Sencha goods or services.
The information presented in our apps or services is available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other user, or by anyone who may be informed of any of the apps or services’ contents.

We do not collect any personal information with the following exceptions:
1) Client communication records may be retained to ensure quality.
2) Information needed to ship physical goods including shipping, contact, and payment information will be collected for the purpose of client communication and/or delivery of goods and services.
3) Third-party entities we have entered agreement with may collect the following data:
Social media profile information; account login information; user statistics such as app or web engagement; payment information; personal identification; relevant information for social platform sharing; friends lists; other personal information including birthdate, location, or IP address; advertising profiles; spending trends; and other information. The exception is health-related data, which we never share with third parties (read more under 'About HealthKit').
The information collected by third parties does not get stored by us - we immediately discard any and all information with the sole exception of non-identifiable usage statistics.
We have limited control over how third-party entities handle user data. However they are subject to the same laws and regulations, and make clear their own behavior within their privacy policies. Please refer to these third-party entities’ privacy policies.
Potential handling of user data by third parties may include: enabling functionality, processing payments and completing transactions, verifying identities, more accurately serving advertisements, tracking usage statistics, improving services, and more.
Some of the user data collected by third parties through our apps and\/or services can be excluded by not using the respective login\/permissions options. Other information (such as usage statistics and trends) will be gathered simply by using these apps and\/or services.
At time of writing, third parties collecting user data through our apps or other services include: Branch, Squarespace, the iTunes Affiliate Network, Stripe, Google, and Apple.
Apple iOS users may opt-in to allow Mindful Minutes and Nutrition tracking. This information is used to provide health services and to display health data in Apple’s Health app. This information is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
